JOEL GOES TO ZIMBABWE AND MOZAMBIQUE

Our son Joel is heading this summer to Zimbabwe and
Mozambique for an evangelistic campaign.

On his website <http://joelmatheny.com/> he wrote,

"I personally will be teaching about one class a day,
and during our stay in Mozambique on [July] 19th and
20th, I will be doing some interpreting."

Having grown up in Brazil, Joel is fluent in
Portuguese, also the official language of Mozambique.
So it appears they're really counting on his
participation in the campaign.

Loy Mitchell will lead the campaign. Now working with
the West Dyersburg church in Dyersburg, Tenn., he spent
some 40 years in Africa and is monitoring the situation
in Zimbabwe.

We ask your prayers for a safe campaign and for the
funds that are still lacking.
