Dear Friends,

If anyone knows any managerial personnel of Delta airlines, 
your help would be greatly appreciated. Due to a necessary 
change of flight, the company has, among the various 
contradictory information given, told us that not one but 
two fines will be applied. And that we may not even request 
reimbursement, which would imply a fine of only $100 per 
ticket, in order to buy other tickets.

We are two days away from our travel date. Never have I had 
such an unfortunate experience. So we ask your prayers for 
this situation.

And I thought the airlines needed more business ...
