Hi everyone,
I have two prayer requests today:
1.  My SIL Patti is having a semi-emergency surgery on Wednesday.  She has 
had severe leg pain for a while now, which got to the point where she can't 
walk at all.  The doctor today decided that they need to do surgery.  The 
surgeon will be going in to shave off a bump on her hip bone.  However, he 
will not know until he goes in, but he may need to actually cut the 
nerve.  If he needs to do that, then her leg will be numb.  Of course, 
Patti only wants the pain to stop and to be able to walk again.
2.  My mother in law has had several corneal transplants (live donor), all 
of which have failed over the years.  Her vision is now down to almost 
zero, and the eye doctor has decided to do another transplant, but this 
time it will be an artificial implant.  This is a 2 - 3 stage procedure, 
and they will be doing the first stage (assuming all the paperwork gets 
done on time) on August 23rd.
