Hi guys,
Well, on one hand, I do have good news.  My BP was down to 137/84 last 
night, down from what it was at the docs office (144/100).

Now the bad news.  The doctor called today and found a low level infection 
in the urine sample.  So, now, he wants me to come in one month sooner than 
planned.  My appointment is for November 11th, at 9 AM central time.

Obviously, this also means I should be working harder to lose that 10 
pounds.  :P

Keep the prayer coming...keep standing in the gap. :)
