Pretty impressive developments, really, don't you think?: >> Absolutely, Tim. If we stick to basics, Word and Eucharist, all of us are pretty much in agreement. The though that comes to me is that Jesus made sure of his promise to be with his church, despite our attempts to put our group above the others in which all kinds of factions and nationalism substituted for the real faith. Yet, Jesus remains in every community of believers who hold to his demand for the two greatest commandments and the Sermon on the Mount. This is why that I think it is so counter productive now when any Christian group thinks they have the 'true' message of Jesus. Thank God, Jesus overrides this nonsense and come to sincere people everywhere, just as he comes to Muslims who truly love God. Peace Bill
