But I don't believe Jesus is in the man's heart. It isn't Biblical. I
don't know exactly what God does with the man, and I don't care. I am

I agree with this last statement.

Tim,
First one who believes in God is not an unbeliever. I am talking about those
who follow their consciences. Paul preached primacy of conscience. I am also
saying that these are good people. So naturally they would repent before God
for their sins. Just because others have prevented them from Jesus does not
mean that they will not be saved. Jesus did talk about having others who he
must tend to. Paul when he addressed the "unknown" God to the Greeks showed
them how they were seeking the one true God. The quote from Jesus is that "I
have others that are not of this fold.." To exclude three quarters of the
world is folly would you not say? Paul says who has known the mind of God and
who has been his counselor? I have to believe that the great Ghandi practiced
the gospel of Jesus and if it were not for some unsympathetic Christian
missionaries to the legitimate customs of the Indians, Ghandi probably would
have become a Christian. Can we exclude Ghandi from the elect? I do not think
so.

Peace
Bill
