Hi - it's me again. I just received this and thought it worth forwarding.
(Steve Wallace is a government student at Regent U. and he started GrapeNuts
as a sounding board for students who are concerned about these issues.
Anyone is welcome to join. See the end of this message.) You will want to
click on Chuck Baldwin's website in this email to see pictures of baby
Samuel Armas as he grasps the finger of the surgeon who operated on him in
utero!!!!!!! You will never hear about this from the media. It's
incredible. Also recent pictures of little Samuel. Praise be to God!!!

Subject: [GrapeNuts] Socialists are Made, not Born
Socialists are Made, not Born
April 4, 2000
Recently, the parent of a public school kindergarten student observed
an assignment on the wall of his child's classroom. The assignment
was for each of the students to answer the following question, "What
would I do if I were President?" He jotted down the answers and sent
them to me. Mind you, these are five-year-olds. It is more than
coincidental that the vast majority of responses display an already
entrenched socialist perspective.
At five years of age, these future leaders have already been
brainwashed into a socialist mindset. Notice the answers:
*I would make sure everybody has enough money to buy stuff. (4)
*I would make sure everyone is safe (2)
*I would let everyone eat pizza and have party. (2)
*I would keep animals safe. (2)
*I would make sure everyone was equal.
*I would take everyone away on vacation.
This list is very revealing! It illustrates the kind of thinking that
dominates the homes and schools of our country. It is painfully
obvious that from the earliest grades to post graduate school,
today's young people are indoctrinated in socialist philosophy.
On the whole, our homes and schools no longer teach American values.
Seldom do these institutions extol America's Founding Fathers. The
fundamental principles upon which this nation was founded are all but
forgotten. Most parents and their children cannot identify the
fundamental principles contained in our Declaration of Independence.
Neither do they have even a rudimentary knowledge of our Constitution
and Bill of Rights.
What we do have knowledge of, however, are the stock market reports,
the prime time line up of network television, the vital statistics of
our favorite sports teams and the latest lottery number. We are
experts at knowing the most about the least.
We have also mastered the fine art of suing anybody for any reason.
We know how to use our skin color, handicap or "lifestyle" to
intimidate and coerce society into giving us something for nothing.
We know how to apply for government grants and "entitlements." We
know how to milk the welfare system. We have likewise discovered that
the most important purpose of government is to be the nation's
employer. In these areas, our education is thorough and immediate.
There were a few answers in the kindergarten list that offer a
glimmer of hope. Two of the children said that if they were to become
president they would make sure that babies were safe. This is
something that neither Mr. Bush nor Mr. Gore is willing to say, at
least not in the case of unborn babies.
One of the kindergartners even revealed the heart of a patriot. He
said, "I would say everyone is to be free." Doubtless, by the time
this kid finishes elementary school he, too, will be convinced to
discard such a politically incorrect concept. It just proves that
socialists are made, not born, and right now we are creating an
entire generation of them.
