I'll answer my own call for a roll call . . .

My name is Jan Ross, mother of 6, grandmother of almost 9 (#9 being born in
June).  We've been in the Church of God for several years, in Danville, KY
at the Danville Church of God, and now at the Potter's House Church of God
in Columbus, OH.

Our family has always stayed involved in church; presently I LOVE singing in
the choir and I'm Ladies Ministries president.  I also work (in my VERY
LITTLE spare time) transcribing sermon tapes (you can see a sample on our
homepage).

We've recently been challenged with the opportunity to have nearly full
custody of two of our grandchildren (3-1/2 and 2) which is a matter of
prayerful concern; their parents are divorced and our daughter is rebelling
against God, against us, and against any type of authority.  We appreciate
your prayers in this situation.

It's good to meet all of you . . . we've only heard from a few, hopefully
more will be sharing soon!  There are 23 on this list . . . it would be good
to hear a quick hello from everyone!
