Dear Lord, Creator of All, Abba Father, your child is before you with a
prayer intercession. I'm a Single man without children. I can just barely
imagine the pain and grief a parent feels losing one's children. However
Almighty Father, You having felt the pain and grief of your Son, Christ
Jesus dying for your sins. Know the pain and grief that Cynthia is feeling.
I pray that you will give Cynthia the strength to stand up under pain.
Please Father give her the personal peace to understand and accept the pain
and grief.

Abba Father, I pray that You will reveal Yourself and Your will to Cynthia,
so that she will know and understand: even if we never know why.

Supreme Lord of Lords guide the police and judges, so that the assailant is
brought to a quick and swift justice.

Almighty Creator, Healer of all wounds and hurts, be with the doctors and
nurses as the aid in the physical healing of Cynthia. Touch her body with
Your healing hands as she is recovering. Help Cynthia forgive her assailant
so that her soul is not poisoned with hatred.
