Family Issues Alert/Pastors Briefing is a weekly, one-page fax newsletter distributed by Focus on the Family. The content covers issues or news items, and also announcements of events sponsored by Focus on the Family. The primary thrust seems to be to promote political and social action. In editorial focus, FIA/PB is very similar to Focus on the Family's Citizen newsletter, and the "Family News In Focus" radio feature, and, in fact, is expressly designed to be a more timely edition of Citizen. The suggested donation to receive Family Issues Alert/Pastors Briefing is $45.00 per year.

Fridayfax is a one-page, weekly newsletter in German, and a frequent English language translation. It is also available in Finnish and Spanish. The focus is on news reports, statistics, and testimonies related to evangelism and church planting. DAWN (Discipling A Whole Nation) seeks to further national movements of saturation church planting and encourages research, intercession and strategy. The subscription fee for any fax edition is $37.00 (US) (or equivalent) per year. It is also available via E-mail for free, but a free will offering is requested to help cover the costs of production. To subscribe to the English E-mail edition, send your E-mail address to kellenbe@ntb.ch. The English translation of Fridayfax is also posted to the MissionNet mailing list (see Appendix B.)
