I'm almost certian someone else has thought of this, but..... For a Christian interpretation, have the moons represent the trintity. The third moon turns red , symbolizing the Son's passion and death, then thrns white again to symbolize the ressurection. Of course, the dragons have employed revisionist history, and obscured the real story with dozens of local, dragon-oriented legends. Maybe adventures could be based on evanglizing using the moons, the way St. Patrick converted Ireland using the shamrock to show the people the concepts of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Questioning Roman Catholicism?
