	A PBeM is Play By e-Mail.  I don't know if you watch much TV, but there
used to be a show called Dennis the Mennis, and well in one episode Mr.
Wilson his next door neighbor used to have a chess partner who would
mail turns to each other.  If you would like more info on it you can get
on http://www.metacrawler.com and search for "pbem"  you will get a
couple of options.  Lemcom (or maybe it is lemcon) is the best PBeM set
up I've seen so far.  I myself have been looking for days for a
DragonRaid PBeM.
