Since one of the teachings, in the early raids, anyway, is that the LightRaiders don't collect 
funds, except to give them to the needy, where would the experienced and older LightRaider be 
getting the money?  They are given certain amounts for use on the raid, and might find some along 
the way, but there are always needy people for the money to go to.  I think this would be counter-
productive.
