Hello.
I just want to point out a few things concerning what we have been
talking about.
It might sound like I'm being needlessly technical, but I'd like to
point out that, according to C.S. Lewis himself, the Chronicles of Narnia are
NOT allegory. He said that an allegory has a one-to-one corrospondence with
all of its components. The Chronicles do not have that one-to-one
corrospondence; rather, they are more of a story with parrallels (I think the
example he used was how a smell of a flower can remind us of another place, so
Aslan and the other parallels are to remind us of Christ and other things).
Another thing we must remember when looking at the story of DragonRaid
is that it is (I think?) a allegory. If EdenAgain is to represent Earth, the
Overlord Jesus, DCs sin, etc., then Earth does not need to be in the story.
Now, the real question is, can you maintain the allegory of DR and still have
some connection with Earth?
