I have a lot of questions though. What does the booth cost? Is there an admission price for each vendor? How many tables are in the booth? You will need at least two, one for product and one for demos. And several chairs. Do you have to share profits with the festival? Will the booth be in a tent or building? Most importantly, will there be food? ;-) If nothing else, I could possibly come by myself and run demos for you and yours on Friday night, then help out at the tables and run more demos at the festival. You only have three people, but you can start a DR group. You will have to change the situations in the games a bit, like cutting down on the number of dark creatures in an encounter, but that really isn't hard to do. I can help you with that later.
