It is interesting to note that the parish priest in the TAC parish refused
communion to VGR. No matter how you answer the question of "is he a
bishop?", church order is stood on its head. Either we recognize a parish
priest has taken it upon himself to unilaterally discipline a Bishop in good
standing or we recognize that there is something deficient in ECUSA orders
because they not only don't discipline those they ordain but intend to
ordain those they should intend to discipline.
