I'm confused because you seem to be proving my point, not yours.  EG, both
you and most of ECUSA call the table an altar, while we Evangelicals are
much more apt to call it, along w/Cranmer, a table.

I have never heard of a Table call or a Table rail. I have heard of Altar
calls and altar rails. Calling it an Altar not a table does not make one an
Anglo Catholic it merely makes one consistent. I have never heard an Anglo
Catholic sing "we bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the Lord".
I have heard Evagelicals sing that very thing and wondered why they bring a
sacrifice of praise into a church which has altar calls and they have an
altar rail yet not an altar.
