That designation surely must include womens basketball and synchronized swimming. It amazes me that Blue Chip City, whose denizens pride themselves on private enterprise, individual initiative and the American way, has chosen to give welfare payments to Mike Brown and his Bengals. We in Hamilton county must pay for his new house for the Bengals for the next decade. I think Mike Brown missed his calling. Our government should have him negotiating with the Iraqis and North Koreans. He is very good at negotiating but a miserable failure at putting a competitive sports team on the field.
