Its not Friday but the little Irish demon is giggling
in my ear again.

I sent the Onion article about the NASA launch of $700
Million in 50's and 100 dollar bills as a gentle gibe
to a teacher who comes from a very conservative family
with a long Texas lineage.

He apparently employed his speed reading skills (but
not his sense of humor) as he scanned the article, for
he asked, "Why did they use money?"

Everything is bigger in Texas.  Art does imitate life
there.  To this lad, for a moment, it seemed possible.

He groaned when I said, "Its a joke!"  In August, I'll
recycle the article with the heading, "Faith Based
Initiative Blows up on Launch Pad" and see if he bites
again.

All I need is a picture of Robertson or Falwell
anointing the space craft.
