  It is my sad duty to report to those of you who have not heard that the Rt.
  Rev. James C. West, Sr., Bishop Ordinary of the Diocese of the Southeast of
  the Reformed Episcopal Church, suffered a major heart attack this morning
  and passed away at his home in Summerville, South Carolina.

   

  Funeral arrangements will be announced.  Please keep Miriam, their children
  Jay and Candice, and the rest of his family and the Diocese of the Southeast
  in your prayers.

   

  May he rest in peace and rise in glory!
