Yes I am still here.

Basically the two are very similar in their content and what both terms are 
seeking to convey and often the differences seem to me to relate to 
emphasis. Theosis is of course the early patristic term that focuses on our 
divinisation whereas our western term of sanctification is often a general 
term signifying a making holy by setting apart. Theosis seems to emphasize 
something much more than merely the moral. Theosis has a deeper significance 
that relates to a fuller incorporation into Christ and focuses primarily on 
that mystery that looks to the consummation and fullness of that 
incorporation that has already begun and continues within us.

In a nutshell!
