Friday, June 2nd, 2006, 11am until 2pm - Bishop West will Lie in Repose in 
Saint John's Church, 91 Anson St., Charleston, SC, for viewing visitation and 
paying final respects.

Friday, June 2nd, 2006, 6pm until 8pm - Vigil with the family and Wake in 
Grace Church, Highway 52 North at Grace St. and Stony Landing Rd., Moncks Corner, 
SC. Diocesan clergy are asked to bring any remarks at this time.

Saturday, June 3rd, 2006, 11:00am - Funeral service in the facilities of 
Faith Assembly of God Church, 337 Farmington Rd., Summerville, SC.  Bishop West 
will lie in repose from 9:30am until 10:30am prior to the service.
Clergy: vest in cassock and surplice or alb or gown, with black tippet or 
white stole.

Memorial Gifts and Contributions in remembrance of Bishop West, in lieu of 
flowers, should be sent to Cummins Theological Seminary, 705 South Main St., 
Summerville, SC 29483.

Resolutions from organizations, boards, committees, etc., at the request of 
the family, will not be read at the funeral service.  They should be sent to 
the Diocese at the above address, with copy to the West Family at 408 Red Fox 
Run, Summerville, SC 29485.
[Note: Farmington Road is the old frontage road along I-26, at Exit 199-B.  
At the traffic light just north of Exit 199 and I-26, turn east onto Farmington 
Road (at the Pilot Gas Station, going past Sentry Buick-Pontiac-GMC 
Dealership) and continue 1.8 miles to the church on your left.
