Thanks. So in actual liturgical use the OT lesson and Psalm are a bit more
fluid. Is that more or less correct? Also, is that fluidity standard
amongst the rest of the REC who use the OT and Psalm?

Generally, yes, I used the Old Testament Lesson marked with "*".
However, this is not an absolute rule. Sometime sermon content or other
considerations motivate the reading of another OT text and perhaps an
alternate psalter.
