Yes, up to a point. I still think a practical commuion has always existed between us. Does anyone know of an example of anyone being turned away from the Altar ever? I've heard a story or two, but even those are not representative of the general practice of all four mentioned above. Priest (with or without their Ordinary's will) go back and forth between the jurisdictions and so does the laity. All Saints is a home for laity from all the above and then some. That is visible communion between visible jurisdictions of Church. And that's good enough. What good would it do to have only one jurisdiction?
