Brethren:

As you may have heard by now, there were shootings at VA Tech in Blacksburg 
VA this morning.  Several people were killed, and perhaps two dozen or more 
injured.  Please add to your prayers the Parish of St. Francis and Fr. Chip 
Sills as this Parish is directly across the street from VA Tech.  Perhaps 
Fr. Chip and the parishioners of St. Francis may be called upon to help with 
the families and faculty affected by this tragedy.  I am sure that they, and 
the families of all the victims, can benefit from our prayers as God extends 
His loving and healing grace to this school community.

May God be merciful to us all.
