I cobbled both ESV and AV into the HC propers.  Lay readers like the ESV.
I'm glad you chose that rather than the NIV.  We still use Coverdale's
unbeatable Psalms, and at the slower pace at which half a nave reads when
reading in unison, no one gets tongue-tied.
For the Gospels, though, I still use the AV.  The AV also gets used when the
OT or Epistle lesson is well-known or particularly beautiful.

Makes me wish I had Tyndale's translations on CD.  Like Cranmer and
Coverdale, they're a bit Protty, but often of unsurpassed beauty.  I can
correct Protestantism from the pulpit, but I can offer no cure for ugliness.

What we ended up with is all the lessons per day on one sheet of paper and
all the sheets in one binder.  Your disks were a great help in achieving
this.
