Thanks. That's pretty much where we're leaning: one paid child-care
professional, with one volunteer from the congregation for a "comfort
factor."

We have had a paid nursery worker for some time. She staffs both the 9am
amd 11am services. We supplement her work, with at least two volunteer
moms. This helps with both the number of children and helps cover the
liability issues/exposure.
