Indeed it is funny.  I chuckled when I read your line.

I like humor in the jugular vein.  For years I thought
that Shakespeare's line "Rest, Rest, Perterbed spirit"
would be an appropriate epitaph.  But now . . . .nah,
too lengthy, the engraving would cost a fortune.
