Thank you for the response and for the work that you have done for us.

There was a time when I would have selected the KJV as the choice, simply because I like the rhythms of the KJV and have most of it in memory.

After hearing others read the ESV well, I find it perfectly acceptable and see no reason not to use it.

In the past I have made it a habit to re-read the Gospel or Epistle from a modern version simply to clarify things before launching into the homily.  With the ESV that will no longer be necessary, and that is a good thing.
