No, that is a perfect example. Look how little energy is put into asking,
even hinting, that he mow the lawn. Immediately a great expenditure of
energy is made in 1. fleeing the scene at great speed (a lot of physical
energy), 2. devising a myriad of excuses (much mental energy), or 3.
theatrically feigning total exhaustion (both mental and physical energy).
As Will Rogers is said to have said, "It is a shame to waste youth on young
people."
