It seems as if our dear friend Bishop Duncan has finally given his people
the "trump" card they can use in their battles--their property. I think it
is fascinating that an Episcopal Bishop has actually given up all rights to
Parish & Mission property and given it to the people of those places. Bishop
Duncan has always made it clear that he intended to fight the national
church if they did what they did. By using language such as "apostasy"
referring to ECUSA and relinquishing control over property, I think he is
setting up his diocese to move out.
