If the leak was factual, than it was Bishop Nazir-Ali, another bright bloke
and a centrist.  But he's an Evangelical and the Church of England almost
always replaces an Evangelical Archbishop with a Catholic one (and vice
versa).

I suspect we will know one way or the other by mid-July.
