Planning to be there tomorrow evening also. (not quite as spicy as Bill+ 
likes, for me. But I can can go a bit more spicey than mild). Maybe I could 
help you pluck and dress the few extra chickens? Used to be my business 
years ago!! Looking forward to seeing you all (y'all) in North Carolina!!( I 
think I am sounding more like an American every day!!)
