DKD:  Indeed, the most telling indicator of how effective (or ineffective) 
++Williams will be as an Archbishop will be to see how the traditionalists in 
the CoE will react to his appointment.  I doubt it will greatly effect them 
one way or the other.  There certainly won't be a large schism or split in 
the CoE over it.
