Go to the Church of Ireland website and you'll find Eames' synod address in
which he strongly attacks what Ecusa is doing.  I am on another listserv
that has a number of Church of Ireland conservatives on it.  According to
them, while Eames is less than tolerant of those opposed to the ordination
of women (alas!) he is strongly against liberalizing the Church's moral
teachings about human sexuality.  They are pleased with his appointment.

My own suspicion is that they should be called Commission Impossible.  In
the next year, things will be developing so quickly that it will be very
difficult for the commission just to stay current.
