ECUSA has Lesser Feasts and Fasts (newer versions) that lists a variety of
saints along with historical and meditative kinds of stuff.

We use the 1963 version of Lesser Feasts which does not list anything for
George and, remarkably, neither does the Anglican Missal which usually has
every obscure backwater type in it.
