in the C of E (esp.if they are CMA or FIF) often have this problem
(getting past the Commissional equivalent-even though the Act of Synod
says this is not to happen. I sometimes think +Seabury , and the first
Bishop of Toronto (Most Rev +John Strachan-God bless him!) are the
