DKD:  Excellent slam, Erich+!  I couldn't agree more, and you said it so well 
(and so entertainingly) that it saved me some time in writing a response.  

Also, congratulations on surviving another Annual Meeting.  (I haven't been 
at the helm of a parish ministry for over five years now, and I still have 
nightmares about Annual Meetings.)
