Seriously, that is quite a story--and quite a commentary on the state of our
society.  I am somewhat relieved that Fr. Jim is involved in your absence.
I will keep Shirley in prayer, remembering the words of a monk of the Order
of the Holy Cross, who said, "Prayer is not the least you can do, it is the
most you can do."  I would add, as I think he had implied as well, that that
is indeed true ONCE one has done all you have done.

My prayers go with you and Ginny as you serve both Indianapolis
congregations.  I wish Judy and I were able to be with you to share in the
feast you will have with Fr. Amos' congregation.  (To those less familiar
with that congregation, I mean the spiritual feast, not food for the body.)
