a community hall since 2001 and has never had more than 18-20 regular
adult 'attenders'. The priest's stipend was paid by the diocese and I
believe there may have been a fixed time limit/criteria on it. While the
issue of 'Ingham Unions'certainly came into play, this was not the only
issue.Unfortunately, once again, the '815' in Vancouver bobbled the
