I'm in the process of putting together an article proposal and need some
informal statistics.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.  All of
these questions have to do with English translations of the Bible.



Which translation of the Bible do you normally use for your devotional
reading?

Which translation of the Bible do you normally use for Bible study

Which translation of the Bible do you normally recommend to other people
for their use in devotional reading?

Which translation of the Bible do you normally recommend to other people
for their use in Bible study (Sunday school, personal study, etc)?

Which translation of the Bible do you normally use in formal public
worship (the lectionary readings/daily offices/etc)?

For those of you using the Three-Year Lectionary, which translation do
you most often use?

Regardless of availablity, which translation of the Bible would you like
to see used as the standard for English speaking people?
