Orthodox friends will be singing TU DEUM! In any case apropos th
business of 'sacred language'-consider the Russian Orthodox Church
(largest in the world with 71 million+) uses only Church Slavonic. No
one understands it outside a few monks and no one can communicate
pratically in it-but they keep it. Awe and 'mysterion' count-even in the
