Pets are notpart of the household because of health but that frees a
certain amount to aid Humane Societies and the like which has been done
for many years. MLW+ comment about the derelict rust-belt is one reason
that we in the Silver State are so adamant about nuclear
waste/YuccaMountain. Why should we be saddled with this toxic
wound-which our children willbe stuck w/ for aeons, to satisfy a small
coterie of 'wonks' somewhere. Let those who use the nuclear products
deal with the waste where THEY live. That willimprove standardsalmost
immediately. NIMBY isn't good enough anymore! The Creed has value ONLY
if it positively influences and directs our lives. It must ALWAYS be
finally 'personal not partisan'Blessings. GDVW+
