I honestly don't know...I am very much out of the loop (if there is one) in
this Diocese. I didn't even know that they had a revised Constitution and
Canons until Tuesday...I asked for one and left without one...I guess it is
a case of out of sight out of mind...sigh...it get's very lonely up
here...can you hear the violins yet?
