Brothers:

The old vexing church-state and freedom of 
expression and religion questions come up again.

Has our society, the state in which we live, a
legitimate interest in the science taught to our
children?

Also, has the state an interest in the religion taught
to the children in that state?

Would a group of Islamic Fundamentalists have a first
amendment right to teach history from that view point
in a school of their own making and glorify the  
Young Islamic Martyrs?
