Charles+ Since he mentioned Bp. Kleppinger, I'm sure he means "The Holy Catholic Church-Anglican Rite." Their web-site is www.anglicancatholic.net. This group left the Anglican Catholic Church several years ago after the death of Abp. Lewis. When they didn't "get their way" they sued in a variety of ways and then finally left. Very closed off group who don't do anything with anyone. I think they have about 30 congregations most of which are of mission size (and have been for quite some time). The deacon's orders are valid just be careful as he might be a reactionary influence in the parish as many of the HCC-AR clergy tend to be.
