Yup, that's it.  He was talking about being a devote' of Padre Pio, and
himself having some sort of mystical experience while at synod, bumping his
chin when he came back down to the ground (some sort of levitation, but
personally I think he brought his own stash of incense -- but that's just
me).  I think we should flesh this out in public, don't you?
