Thanks for the welcome. Weather outside today is typical Oklahoma, cool, warm, cold, hot, nice, fair doesn't really make much difference. Had to water the gardenias in the Lady Garden today - they were dry, but will be dry again tomorrow. So the saga continues - it doesn't really make much difference - it is typical Oklahoma weather. I have been the rector at Saint Michael's Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for 13 years. Hair and beard were dark brown when I arrived and now is salty white. I was young and now I getting old. Our parish was a part of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma until 1986. It is the parish for which Graham Leonard, Bishop of London provided episcopal oversight for and where he came to confirm 26 of our parishioners. Our front door is red and the floor in the nave is blue. The downstairs office just got a new coat of paint and it is brown. Our grass was cut fresh this morning and the coffee actually burned on the hot plate on the coffee pot. We have two new baseball trophies and our new jerseys are red this year instead of blue (like last year's). We will sell you bottles of Saint Michael's "Old Padre Brand, Authentic Wholly Water" for a $1. And a St. Michael's "Where the Angels Play" T-shirt for $10.00 -- everything else is free.
