Brethren+:

Thought you would like to know that at the request of the family I administered the Holy Eucharist and extreme unction today at 3:10 pm to the Ven. Dr. Carroll Simcox+.  

Carroll+ has taken a turn for the worst and is in a severely weaken physical state.  He was in a semi lucid state when I arrived and became more lucid after he received communion. In fact, lucid enough to want to give me a blessing before I left which he recited perfectly.

As that only God knows the time of Carroll's+ departure from this side of the veil, I would ask that you remember him in your prayers and I will try and keep you informed.
