Sorry to be slow in responding to your request.  I have no knowlege of who put this on the 'net, nor do I want to have.
 
'The only thing I know is that none of the Christians I have met in the REC would have done it.
My "Integrity" response was intended to be humorous.  I don't take the person who tries to sow tares in God's field seriously.  We know that harvest time will come.
